MR AWAY FIX is a South African service marketplace intended to connect customers with independent local service providers. The platform helps users discover services and coordinate jobs.
Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials and notify the platform if they suspect unauthorised account access.
Any automated estimate is indicative and is not a final quote. Customers and providers should agree the job scope, timing and final price before work starts. Changes should be agreed by both parties.
Providers are responsible for their services, qualifications, legal compliance and agreed work. Registering on the platform does not automatically mean a provider's identity, qualifications or background have been independently verified.
The intended commercial model includes a 10% MR AWAY FIX platform commission, subject to the final displayed terms and approved payment arrangements. Payment features depend on the payment provider's approval and platform configuration. Users should not assume online payment is available until it is enabled and confirmed.
Cancellations, refund requests and service disputes are handled under the published Cancellations, Refunds and Disputes Policy and applicable law. No particular outcome is guaranteed.
Users must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and must not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unsafe activity.
The platform may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
These terms may be updated as the platform develops. Before public launch, MR AWAY FIX must publish a working support contact and ensure these terms accurately describe its actual operations and payment arrangements.
