MR AWAY FIX is a South African service marketplace connecting customers with independent service providers.
Depending on the features used, information may include your name, email address, phone number, account details, service requests, job location, provider profile, messages, reviews and payment references.
Information may be used to manage accounts, connect customers and providers, coordinate jobs, reconcile payments, respond to complaints, improve platform security and meet legal obligations.
Relevant information may be shared with a customer or provider to arrange a job, with payment providers to process transactions, and where reasonably necessary and lawful with service suppliers or authorities.
MR AWAY FIX should not ask users to send card numbers, banking passwords or account passwords by email. Online payments depend on the approved payment provider and platform configuration.
